At Diamond Edge Technology, LLC, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, the following technical documents are frequently requested from us.

Most of these documents are actually provided for the customers of clients we have designed products for. (Traffic Engineering Management) January - February 2002 issue.    ICS#110101-1 11/01/01 Details the steps and changes to your computers CONFIG.SYS file for optimizing TrafMan and other MS-DOS software by DET.    ICS#111301-1 11/13/01 Describes the custom EPROM letter designations. Also included is a short description of the settings that have changed in each version.    ICS#121001-1 12/10/01 Details the procedure for setting specific speed and modulation protocols in the Cascade Modem.
